From our perspective, Project Directors and Staff are the experts and we will work closely with you to document your program’s activities, develop performance measures, interpret findings, and make recommendations for program improvement. We aim to improve your program, not to proclaim it a success or failure. In our experience, true collaboration brings incredible results.

LEAP has evaluated South Dakota’s NSF-funded EPSCoR grant program since 2015. It has been a privilege to evaluate their cutting edge research, workforce development, educational transformations, and STEM Pipeline building.
Analyzing the collaboration network among researchers, with the goal of creating a more interdisciplinary research effort that breaks down intellectual silos.
Developed a Theory of Change to articulate Action for Racial Justice’s mission to build a community around an educational effort to bring, to the public, alternatives to unjust systems and policies.
